The common theme that runs through this site is one of maintaining physical readiness in multiple fitness disciplines.
Power, Strength, Endurance and Work Capacity can all be concurrently trained to a high level, in order to achieve all-round physical condition and robustness. The body is therefore in good enough general condition to only require a short specialisation period, in order to train for a certain fitness discipline.
Not everyone has the time, money or technical support to train like a professional athlete, but that doesn’t mean that excellent physical ability cannot be achieved. Expensive equipment and machines are entirely unnecessary and in some aspects, physiologically dangerous.
